At The Gym at Halton, every zone is designed to give you the freedom, tools, and space to train your way. From focused cardio sessions to strength, mobility, and recovery.

 

Cardio Zone

Our cardio area features Life Fitness treadmills, bikes, and cross trainers, plus Concept2 rowers and SkiErgs. Whether you’re building endurance, functional fitness, or general health, you’ll find everything you need for a great workout.

 

Resistance Machines

Build strength safely and effectively with our range of premium resistance machines from Primal Strength and Raze Strength. Designed for both upper and lower body training, they offer smooth movement and adjustable resistance for all ability levels.

 

Free Weights

Our free weights area is where strength and performance come together, featuring high-quality squat racks, Olympic barbells, dumbbells, adjustable benches, and Raze Strength cable stations with pull-up bars. You’ll have everything you need for both classic and functional lifting.

 

Mobility Zone

Recover, recharge, and move better in our dedicated mobility space. With an open floor area, mats, bands, and stability tools, it’s the perfect place to stretch, mobilise, and prepare your body for training or to wind down after.

 

Outdoor Zone:

Take your training outside in our one-of-a-kind outdoor spaces. Sprint with sleds on our track, throw med balls against our reinforced wall, or test your strength with tyres, kegs, and other unique functional tools. Fresh air, open space, and powerful workouts, just steps from the gym floor.

Supporting facilities

As you’d expect, our facilities include plenty of free parking, a welcoming clubhouse for coffee and refreshments, and modern changing rooms with private showers.
