Our two outdoor training zones give you the best of both worlds - an undercover area with strength and cardio equipment including squat racks, dumbbells, kettlebells, a Smith machine, adjustable benches, bikes, and a rower, plus an open-air zone for functional training with tyres, kegs, sleds, a rope climb, med ball wall, and plenty of open space to move. Train hard, breathe fresh air, and enjoy the freedom of the outdoors all year round.
